Your First Visit

The physical examination consists of evaluating the function of the musculoskeletal system as a whole for structural symmetry, strength,  range of active and passive motion, and soft tissue quality and texture. This is to determine which joints and muscles are dysfunctional and likely to be the cause of aching, soreness, stiffness, and painful movement.

Standard examination of the heart, lungs, abdominal and pelvic organs, eyes, ears, nose and throat may be included depending upon the presenting problem. The condition will also be evaluated from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I will tell you what I have found in the examination and give my recommendation of treatment options available in conventional and alternative medicine.

Your evaluation will take between 60 and 90 minutes. Please bring any Medical Records, X-Rays, and Reports from other Doctors and Hospitals for my review.
