Insurance

Those patients with health insurance that covers the services of an M.D. can submit my statements to their insurance company for reimbursement.

 Medicare billing documents are submitted electronically for you.  Medicare forwards most claims to the Medicare supplements for processing and payment.

We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercharge. Payment is requested at the time of service.

An itemized printout of each visit will be given to you. This has all the necessary information about your care and treatment, and is to be submitted to your health insurance company. Any benefits will be sent directly to you from both Medicare and private insurance coverage.

Fees: All correspondence with insurance companies and attorneys are billed separately. Medicare does not currently pay for Acupuncture.

Cancellations:
Office and therapy visits must be canceled 24 hours before the appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, we will schedule another patient at your appointment time if possible. You will be charged for the visit if we are unable to fill your appointment. Emergencies excepted.
